To order, please fill in the form and let us know the date and time of your event, number of guests and menu plan.

Or you can send your order information to order@chaocatering.com.au or order by phone 1300 11 2426.

Order by 3pm for next-day delivery or pickup.
For last-minute orders, contact us on 1300 11 2426.

Seafood information:
All seafood served by Chao Catering is imported (I).

Delivery Details

We deliver 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm, including public holidays.

Minimum order for delivery: $200.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your closest distance to one of our stores:

Crows Nest: Radius within 3km: $35 Radius within 3–10km: $50 Radius within 10–15km: $60 Radius more than 15km: $70

Randwick: Radius within 3km: $35 Radius within 3–10km: $50 Radius within 10–15km: $60 Radius more than 15km: $70

If the distance is more than 30km from the relevant store, please contact us for a quote.

We recommend that delivery arrives 30 minutes before serving. All platters arrive ready to be served to your guests in beautifully presented disposable boxes.

Payment Options

Once you confirm your order, there is a 50% deposit. You can complete the final payment 7 days before the event. If you cancel at least 31 days before the event, there is a full deposit refund.

We accept payment via credit card, EFTPOS, internet banking and cash. If you choose to pay via EFTPOS, you must provide a copy of your receipt to us via email to confirm your payment.

Corporate accounts are available. Please contact us to arrange this.
