We receive your enquiry via phone or email.

Catering Confirmation

Once we receive the details of your event date, time, location and guest numbers, we will check our availability and confirm your catering.

Menu Selection

Once we have all your event information, we can send you a tailor-made menu quotation based on your preferences and budget including our service costs.

Order Confirmation

Confirm your order with a 30% deposit.

Final Order & Payment

2 Weeks – before the event
Review and finalise all menu items, including all quantities and special dietary requirements.

5 Days – before the event
We do 10% quantity variation if required.
Complete the final payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 2 weeks before the event, there is a full refund.
After 2 weeks, there is a 15% cancellation fee.
