Vermicelli DIY Packs | Chao Catering


  • Pack 1: Fresh vermicelli noodle, Pre-cooked meat of your choice, Fried spring rolls
  • Pack 2: Shredded lettuce, Cucumber, Mints, Bean sprouts
  • Pack 3: Pickled carrot, Sautéed green shallot, Peanut, Fried onion
  • Pack 4: Vietnamese dressing sauce

How to cook Vermicelli:
  1. Place a handful of noodles to each individual serving bowl. Heat in Microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove meat and spring rolls from packaging. Heat meat in Microwave for 2 minutes. Place them on top of the noodles with sautéed green shallot.
  3. Choose your favourite toppings and garnishes with lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, pickled carrot and mints.
  4. Dress with Vietnamese sauce. Top with peanut, fried onion and enjoy your Vermicelli.

Freezer stored below 5°C.
