  • 100% Premium Grade 5+ wagyu beef

How to cook wagyu steaks:
  1. Bring your steak to room temperature.
  2. Lightly season just before cooking.
  3. Sear one side for 1-2 minute, then flip over the other side for another minute. Allow your meat to rest for 3-5 mins.
  4. Or you can cut steak to stripes and stir fried the meat.

How to cook wagyu slices:
  1. Bring your steak to room temperature.
  2. Lightly season with garlic, onion, oil and seasoning.
  3. Stir fry in a non-stick pan for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add your favourite vegetables.

Freezer stored below -18°C.
