Vietnamese Crispy Spring Rolls

Meat Ingredients:
  • Minced pork, Taro, Wood ear mushroom, Carrot, Mung bean vermicelli, Rice paper rolls

Vegan Ingredients:
  • Taro, Wood ear mushroom, Carrot, Mung bean, Mung bean vermicelli, Rice paper rolls

How to cook with Air Fryer:
  1. Best to bring the spring rolls to room temperature.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 190°C for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add 1-2 drops of oil. Place the spring rolls into the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook and turn to perfection for 10-15 minutes.

How to Deep Fry Spring Rolls:
  1. Defrost your spring rolls.
  2. Pour the oil in a wok enough to cover the rolls. Heat to medium hot.
  3. Place spring rolls into the preheat oil. Fry and turn each roll over until they're golden and crispy.
  4. Best served with Vietnamese dipping sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
